Hi Everyone!
The festival that i celebrate is Chinese New Year.
I celebrate this Festival because Im a Chinese and my mum and every Chinese celebrates it.
I celebrate the festival by going out and visiting my relatives.
I do know what other races are celebrating, for example: Malay celebrates Hari Raya Puasa. And Indian celebrates Deepavali.
Well, the malay celebrates Hari Raya Puasa is because it means to end the fasting.
And the Indian celebrates Deepavali is because it means the Festival Of Lights.
I think that the celebration of the various festivals may help in strengthening harmony among the various races because we will get to know their culture and why is the festival celebrate.
We can develop stronger bonds by having some events that tell us about Racial Harmony Day & having their food on the event and their Culture too...
